Ayant emmené un groupe de 104 personnes à Paris, j'ai retenu à "L'étoile 1903" pour un groupe de 24 le mardi 30 septembre. J'étais dans un autre groupe, et n'ai pu juger par moi-même de la qualité de vos prestations, mais j'ai beaucoup apprécié le fait que vous vous soyez adapté à ma demande avec amabilité, et je puis vous assurer que toutes les personnes qui se sont rendues chez vous ont été très satisfaites à tout point de vue ! je garde votre adresse pour une éventuelle prochaine fois... Food was okay but our waiter was terrible. At the end, he lied to us, insisting that the TVA added to the bill did not cover his tip. He was insistent and held our credit card u til we added tips. I complained to the manager as we left and he said the tip was included in the TVA. I should have insisted on a refund but it was late and we had an early plane to catch the next morning. The only terrible waiter we encountered in our five day trip to Paris. I plan to contest the charge when I return home on the basis that the waiter lied and was rude and coercive in forcing us to tip.
